PRESCHOOL PROGRAM
Madison UMC’s Weekday
Program offers a
Preschool Program
and an After
School Program
licensed by the state of Mississippi. The Weekday Ministries
Programs have been charged with the mission “to provide total
care for the children entrusted to the Madison UMC
Preschool/After School Care (ASC) programs by meeting, to the
fullest extent possible, our children’s physical, educational,
and spiritual needs and to sensitively respond to the concerns
of parents.” All our actions and daily
 classroom activities
should reflect the Christian values of self-esteem, love faith,
hope, care, grace, sharing, forgiveness, creation, honesty,
obedience, and responsibility that are integral to the both the
mission of Madison UMC and the Weekday Programs.
Madison UMC Preschool Program
Mission Statement
The Preschool program, as a ministry of Madison UMC,
believes each child is a child of God and should have every
opportunity to develop physically, intellectually, emotionally,
socially and spiritually to his or her fullest potential
Curriculum
Curriculum for the 3 year olds -- Writing with out Tears
Curriculum for the 4 year olds -- Lippincott's Beginning to Read,
Write and Listen
All Preschool Classes - Wonderful Bible Stories
Hours of Operation
8:30 a.m. -12 Noon
An optional Lunch Bunch is offered on Monday, Tuesday
and Wednesday for our 2’s,
3’s and 4’s. Your child may bring a sack lunch and stay until
1:40 p.m. for an additional fee.
Ages
Our Preschool program includes children beginning at 15
months of age and goes through 4-year-old kindergarten.

2010-11 School Year Due dates and notes to remember:
Registration fee and
registration form is due by March 5, 2010 for children
already enrolled in program. Non-refundable.
August tuition fee is due
May 12, 2010. Non-refundable, 30 day notice of withdrawal is
required.
Supply and workbook fees
due in August 2010 prior to start of school.
Bank drafting will be
mandatory-unless a written statement is on file indicating a reason
why you are unable to participate in the draft program.
