We will once again host and provide meals for two Praying Pelican mission teams this summer. These groups have come from out-of-state to serve in the inner-city.
Our last group to host is from Greenwich, Connecticut (Saturday, June 25 - Friday, July 1). This group of teenagers and adult chaperones will stay in the CLC each night and work on projects in Jackson during the day. We are providing them with breakfast and dinner as well as some snacks each day.
For many of these participants, this is their first trip to Mississippi. Let's share God's love and show them some Southern Hospitality those weeks to help make it a trip they will fondly remember.
