Our Administrative Council voted recently to implement Phase 3 for relaxing COVID-19 safety protocols for worship and campus activities.

  • Sunday Mornings
    • The Sanctuary services will be “mask optional” services.
      • We no longer mask for singing.
      • Families and close friends may sit together but please try to maintain some space from other people.
    • The 8:45 a.m. service in the Multi-Purpose Room will be “masked” video services.
    • We have suspended registration for worship services.
    • All adult Sunday School classes, small groups, committees, and outside groups are allowed to determine if their group will mask or not.
    • Our entire campus, including KIDS classrooms, is now "mask optional."
    • We now provide bulletins and have Bibles and hymnals in the pews for Sanctuary worship services. Please take your bulletin with you when you leave the worship service.
    • We will now have volunteers to serve you coffee in the Fellowship Hall between services.
  • Health reminders
    • Individuals with serious underlying health conditions, and those whose immune systems are compromised, are still encouraged to stay at home and worship with us online.
    • Those who have a fever and/or feel sick should stay at home and worship with us online.
    • Anyone who is under a quarantine or has been exposed to someone with COVID-19 should refrain from attending services and worship with us online.
  • Church Office
    • Please let any staff person know if you would prefer them to mask while meeting with them.
    • For security reasons and when many staff are out of the office, the office doors may be locked. Please press the front door button for admittance.

Thank you for your continued patience, prayers, and support through this long season. We recognize that it has been very difficult in many ways for all of our church members. Our Administrative Council will meet again soon, and we hope to have information in the next newsletter about any additional adjustments to our protocols.
