We have set up a YouTube channel for our church! This will help more people watch our worship services and Bible studies on their Smart TVs. Since it is a brand new channel, it will take some time for you to search and find it on YouTube. We will share a direct link to our church’s YouTube channel through emails and social media this week. Please click that link to find the channel and then please subscribe to the channel.

There is another round of “scam” email claiming to be from our pastor to several of our church members. Please do NOT open them or respond to those emails. Our pastor and staff will NEVER email you about any personal or church needs like that. This kind of scam email is sadly happening a lot to pastors all over the country.

DISASTER RESPONSE TO THE APRIL TORNADOES IN MISSISSIPPI

FROM OUR BISHOP:

Brothers and sisters in Christ,

Celebrate Recovery has been cancelled for the next several weeks due to the COVID-19 virus. We will update social media and our website soon when we restart the program.

Madison UMC/COVID-19 updates

1. We are cancelling all church activities through June 7. Our leadership will announce our plans for upcoming worship and activity schedules soon. We plan to livestream our services again for this coming Sunday.

We have put the videos of Dr. Oswalt teaching his "Jacob: Who Am I?" series on our website. You can find those videos here: http://www.madisonumc.org/wednesday-teaching

You can view all of the videos from the sermons and studies at www.madisonumc.org/springrevival. You can also click the "Media" tab to find the link to Spring Revival videos.

Singles and marrieds (ages 20's-30's) have begun a new Sunday School class. They meet upstairs in our new Education Building in Room 415.

We have begun a brand new Sunday School class at 9:45am in Room 122 (First floor room by the Fellowship Hall), This class is a great way for our new church members and guests to find community at our church and to enjoy an in-depth Bible study from the class leader, Charlie Artmann. Please contact Rev. Ben Butler (ben@madisonumc.org) for more information.
